I've developed a unique approach to coaching, blending techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and various spiritual practices. My work is deeply informed by my own experiences of overcoming adversity and my commitment to continuous learning and growth. I've created the WHOLE Coaching System, a comprehensive framework designed to help you blaze your unique trail through self-discovery, goal-setting, action planning, and long-term growth.
These steps often require behaviors to change. That behavioral change requires internal insight, dialogue, and movement. All of this is possible with an effective tool kit. I believe in the power of empathetic listening, the importance of aligning actions with core values, and the transformative powers of self-acceptance and compassion. I'm not here to offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, but to walk alongside others as they navigate their own paths of healing and growth.
Integrated into the WHOLE model is the meat of my approach, which I call Transpersonal Archeopsychology. It combines pieces of modern methodologies such as Motivational Interviewing, NVC, and IFS, with prehistoric wisdom, and an intuitive sense honed through lived experience. In this system, I join together ancestral spiritual practices, Jungian depth psychology, and the power of empathetic presence. My focus is on unearthing the wholeness that has always been within each of us, not fixing something that’s assumed to be broken.
This combination allows me to guide those with whom I work, in exploring their inner parts, accessing their core Self, and facilitating healing and integration. My experience with IFS has been transformative both personally and professionally, enabling me to offer a compassionate, non-pathologizing framework for self-discovery and growth.

Internal Family Systems (IFS):
Core Concept: IFS is an evidence based, “cutting edge” therapeutic modality that views the mind as composed of multiple "parts" (subpersonalities) centered around a compassionate "Self."
Key Principles: All parts have positive intentions; symptoms are protective, not diagnostic criteria for pathological disorders; the goal is internal harmony led by the Self.
Healing Process: Identify parts, access the calm Self, heal and retrieve wounded parts, unite and integrate the internal system with Self-leadership
Applications: Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, IFS is used in various therapeutic, clinical, and non-clinical settings to promote wholeness, self-awareness, freedom, and Self-leadership
Jungian depth psychology and mythopoetic soul craft:
Individuation Process: Focuses on the lifelong journey of integrating conscious and unconscious aspects of the psyche, leading to the realization of the Self.
Archetypal Exploration: Engages with universal patterns (archetypes) in the collective unconscious through myths, dreams, and active imagination.
Shadow Work: Involves confronting and integrating the shadow, the repressed or unconscious aspects of one's personality.
Anima/Animus Integration: Emphasizes the importance of recognizing and integrating the contrasexual aspects of the psyche for psychological wholeness.
Synchronicity and Symbolic Life: Cultivates awareness of meaningful coincidences and symbolic experiences as manifestations of the unus mundus, or underlying unity of all things.
Mythopoetic Identity: Encourages the discovery of one's unique soul purpose through engagement with personal and collective myths, often facilitated by nature-based practices.
Ancestral, prehistoric healing methods:
Altered States: Use self-designed rituals, drumming, and somatic movement to shift consciousness and heart coherence, without adhering to specific dogmas
Inner Journeying: Employ visualization and sensory awareness to explore the collective and personal unconscious, navigating liminal spaces and alternate realities
Ancestral Work: Focus on healing generational trauma and uncovering inherited gifts and wisdom through inner journeying and energetic practices
Life Force Connection: Cultivate a sense of oneness with the broader community of life, attuning to the interconnected web of existence and natural energies
Allies: Engage with healing, guiding, and protective spirits (or archetypes and complexes for secular practitioners) to receive support and insights during journeys and daily life
